DOES TENUN NENDA HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
We do not have a physical store as we are an online based company.
HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
1. Browse through our collection here or on Instagram and Facebook, select your design.
2. Message us the fabric of your choice through Whatsapp (+60192387388 - Zambri Zahari)

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Domestic Orders
Orders from Malaysia will be shipped via Poslaju. Packages will usually arrive in 2-5 working days.
Kindly send us an email together with your order number to kolonelzambrizahari@tenunnenda.com if packages do not arrive after 5 working days.
International Orders
All International Orders will be shipped via Flexipack International. Packages that are shipped to international countries may take up to 21-30 working days.

WHAT COURIER SERVICE DO YOU USE?
We use Poslaju as the main courier service.
However you can also choose your preferred courier by leaving us a note :)
DO YOU DO CODS?
Yes! This service is only available in Klang Valley
DO YOU PROVIDE A TAILOR SERVICE?
We do not have our own tailoring service, however we could send out your fabric to the tailor. Tailoring charges is not included and will be bourned by the customer.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY FOR SALE ITEMS?
Products needs to be delivered to us in the original state that it was sent.
Return delivery charges will not be bourned by us.
